BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

- To be a pilot for new front line management organization.
- To continues improvement the pilot line’s performance.
- To be a backup for supervisors who will retired
- To train new line leader and deploy new management organization in workshop.

KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION
该职务所需的主要资质
- At least 3 years experience in the production of cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food products;
- With knowledge of GMP quality system and 5s management;
- With basic engineer background
- Good communication ability;
- Good English with speaking and writing
- Ability to lead a large number of workers;
- Good operate PC
- Can work in shift ( 8hours)

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

- Leading a team of operators to complete the shift production plan;
- Ensuring the line performance with high quality according to the product
specification, master standard and defects range;
- Ensuring the line performance with high process reliability
- Reporting precisely the shift output and components consumption, wastage and any abnormality;
- Keeping the production line in a clean and well organized condition;
- Ensuring the safety and the people on the line
- Understanding the machinery on the line and resolving simple machine problem;
- Training and coach the knowledge of trouble shooting, solution for machine and setting
- Standardization the shift management system, with document and process
- Deploy and implement the standard to other line and other front management team
