岗位职责：

1、 单克隆抗体和双特异性抗体的表达和纯化，及其过程的优化。

2、 纯化抗体的检测和鉴定（SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, ELISA，亲和力检测等）。

3、 在上级指导下完成项目抗体表达，纯化和鉴定工作。

4、 处理数据并形成相关检测报告。

5、 处理实验室中以及与项目相关的日常事务。

任职资格：

1、生物化学与分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学、药学或者相关专业本科及以上学历。

2、3年以上相关实验室工作经验 （硕士及以上需要1年以上工作经验），包括分子克隆，细胞培养，细胞转染，蛋白纯化等。

3、熟悉各种纯化技术理论，层析技术及各种层析填料的性能，熟悉层析设备原理及操作；能够独立设计并完成相关纯化工作。

4、对抗体基因和结构比较了解，或有抗体工程改造相关经验者优先。

5、有较好的口头、书面表达能力，良好的英文阅读和书写能力。

6、有团队合作精神、责任心、较强的学习适应能力、较强的独立分析和解决问题的能力。

Responsibility：

1.Expression and purification of monoclonal antibody and bispecific antibody, and optimization of process.

2.The characterization of purified antibodies, such as SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, ELISA，affinity, etc.

3.Complete the antibody expression, purification and characterization under supervision.

4.Process the raw data to generate reports.

5.Take part in laboratory routine and others related to the projects.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in life science or related fields, such as biochemistry and molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, pharmacy, etc.

2. At least 3 years’ relevant experiences for bachelor, or 1 year for master and above.

3. Know well a variety of purification theories, chromatographic techniques, the performance of chromatographic filler and manipulation of chromatographic apparatus. Design and complete the purification experiments independently.

4. Understanding of antibody gene and structure, or any experience in antibody engineering, is a plus.

5. Fluent in English reading, writing.

6. Teamwork spirit, responsibility, strong learning ability, strong ability of independent analysis and problem solving.
