General Purpose:

Establish manufacturing processes through lean manufacturing principles and manufacturing engineering expertise that meet engineering specifications and customer expectations from safety, quality, deliver and cost (SQDC) perspective.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

? Provide technical manufacturing engineering support to all departments of production, particularly assembly, fabrication, electrical assembly, purchasing and engineering

? Lead, coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and value stream efforts, including developing and implementing Lean Manufacturing processes to improve efficiencies, increase productivity and improve quality.

? Manage improvement projects, including budgeting and time management.

? Participate in all aspects of the lean manufacturing initiatives including set-up reduction, workplace organization, standardized work, process/work flow improvements, visual management, mistake proofing, value stream mapping and cellular manufacturing.

? Aid in the development of standard work and line balancing to achieve productivity.

? Develop, implement and maintain processes to measure and manage production results vs. goals.

? Work closely with cross functional groups to implement new products into manufacturing to optimize productivity and efficiency.

? Establish all labor related standards for manufactured products.

? Significant experience in Lean Manufacturing waste reduction techniques (5-S, Kaizen, Continuous Flow, Lead Time Reduction, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban).

? Previous experience managing multiple manufacturing engineering projects including capital appropriation, product rationalization and in-sourcing/out-sourcing.

Education and/or Training:

? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing or Industrial engineering required.
机械制造或工业工程学士学位。
? 3 - 7 years of equivalent experience in a lean manufacturing environment

? Proficiency in Word, Excel, Solid Works, Access, Esprit, Smart CAM and E-mail along with experience in an ERP system would be advantageous.
能力在Word，Excel中，Solid Works环境下，访问，思捷环球，智能CAM和E-mail随着ERP系统的经验将是有利的。

超高压水刀的基本技术既简单又极为复杂。当水被加压至60,000 PSI (或以上)并且从一小开孔通过时, 它可切割各种软质材料，包括食品、纸张,、纸尿片、橡胶及泡棉。 而当少量的砂，如石榴砂被加入水射流中与其混合时, 所产生之加砂水射流, 实际上可切割任何硬质材料，包括金属、复合材料、石材及玻璃。 超高压水刀也可用于各种不同的工业表面处理，如船身清洗及汽车喷漆设备清洗。最近福禄更成功运用超高压水刀技术达到超高温杀菌的效果且无高热引起的影响。超高压水刀不但可摧毁一些坏死显微组织, 同时也可杀死有害的病原体如 E. coli bacteria 及 listeria。
