MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

？ Install, maintain IT device/system in meeting room, including Install and configure new IT Device (PCs, Beamer, Monitor .etc), follow Global IT Structure policy and insure high availability of IT device in meeting room
？ Basic administrator task of Cisco infrastructure (access switch,router,VOIP.etc) running in plant，insure the Cisco components running smoothly in MSC
？ Manage IT device HW maintenance, make sure the maintain service request is implemented correctly
？ Manage printer hardware, printer server and support VPSX system to ensure office & SAP print system works in normal at MSC
？ Setting up new laptops and desktops preparation include replacement & change ensure end-user get/receive high quality HW preparation.
？ Troubleshoot office PC system, printer system and network to ensure customer works in an efficient environment
？ Manage and maintain IT inventory for MSC to keep the correct IT inventory @ MSC
？ Ensure IT Infra project implementation and IT Infra maintenance compliant successful with organization’s polices and Global IT Standard process
？ Provide first level IT daily support in responsible area for MQ sites users daily helpdesk issue on OTRS system follow the MQ global IT helpdesk standard process and IT change, request and incident process
？ Support other members in the implementation of the project or problem solving to archive better effect.
？ IT infrastructure and devices management, especially support system (security, cooling, UPS, fire extinguishing, infrastructure, etc.) in data center to ensure the business continuity and follow the global policy at MSC
？ Document all relevant IT service & process in MIT document system to make sure all IT components are correctly documented and up to date in time.
？ Maintain access control system and other IT security system to keep the safety of the plant according to the global IT security guideline.
？ Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.
 
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

？ Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science
？ Good understanding of common networking protocols and services
？ Basic experience troubleshooting computer networks, hardware and software
？ Experience and detailed knowledge of windows server 2016 system, family with AD and exchange server operation
？ Experience and skills of Cisco LAN infrastructure
？ Experience and detailed knowledge of VMWare VSphere operation
？ Experience and skills of Windows 10
？ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 applications
？ Good time management skills
？ Good team working skills
？ Good customer communication skills
