1、负责公司来客接待、收发快递、信件管理等前台日常行政事务；

2、负责公司各类日用品及办公用品的采购及维护工作；

3、固定资产和办公环境的维护与管理，包含打印机、复印机、电脑等；

4、各项行政费用的请款报销，包括水电费、话费、房租费等；

5、负责人员差旅票务和酒店的预定工作；

6、上级安排的其他临时事务。

职位要求：

1、1年办公室行政前台工作经验，熟悉使用office办公软件

2、有责任心，做事认真，善于沟通，优秀的语言表达能力

3、有良好的团队合作意识与服务精神
