Position Overview:

Responsible for customs related work like daily shipment arrangement, import/export support, customs e-account book verification.

    

Responsibilities:

1. Shipment arrangement: according to shipping instruction, coordinate with forwarder and customs broker, arrange shipment and customs declaration, follow up the clearance status 

2. Routine import/export support: review the import goods documents to ensure the goods information declaration is correct

3. Support Customs e-account book verification

4. Other projects

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor degree and above, good English read and written skill (CET-4 is must)

2.    Fresh graduate is acceptable

3.    Good logical thinking and data analysis capability

4.    Strong communication and coordination skills

5.    Fast learner and able to work under high pressure working environment, willing to OT if needed

6.    Familiar with MS Office
