Job description:   Flexible work

1. Target product visual research, page design trend analysis, design overall visual style and VI design;

2. Page beautification of company's websites, including 1) shooting and modification of pictures, 2) animation, 3) design, production and modification of product text, etc.;

3. daily publicity (Banner, Poster, Roll-up Banner Stand, and official site content), exhibition, Logo embellishment, design and customization of themed activities;

4. Capable of delivering planning, market analysis and competitor research, and proposing business plans.

5. Improve the company's visual effect in external promotion.

6. Incorporate the needs of customers into creations. Discuss and customize creative strategies, and complete design schemes.

7. Quality assurance of creation execution, including graphics, texts, videos, etc.;

This post belongs to the headcount of our creative brand (Ads and  exhibition oriented) idearStudio under idear Consulting. We hope to recruit a freelancer or intern with innovative thinking to brainstorm with us.

  Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in advertising, art, design or related;

2. More than 2 years working experience in design industry is preferred. Candidates with rich experience in product and website design and successful cases (portfolio) are preferred.

3. Experience in soft promotion writing in new media is preferred.

4. Profound knowledge of design theories and proficient skills, broad horizon on design and remarkable art sense, capable of locating the sweet spot between business and art;

5. Designholic,  deep understanding of graphic design, interface design, web design, exhibition design, portrait photography, etc;

6. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and other design tools;

7. Good at communication and coordination, good sense of teamwork, passionate for work, thirst for innovation and sense of responsibility.
