1. 赞助商开发与对接。

1. Sponsor development and association.

2.提出具体的营销方案。有针对性地拓展公司的代理记账、财税咨询、翻译和企业管理咨询业务。

2.Make marketing plan with detail proposal. Develop company’s bookkeeping, taxation and financing consulting, translation and interpretation with management consulting business.

3. 对外战略合作、项目合作推进（大客户开发、高校、园区等）

3. Promotion of external strategic cooperation and project cooperation  (development of big account, universities, business parks, etc.)

4. 内部事务：礼仪培训等。

4. Internal affairs: etiquette training, etc.

5.企业形象维护。

5.Keep good image of the company.

6. 制定企业年度公关工作计划、获得批准后组织实施。

6. Formulate the annual PR work plan of the company and organize its  implementation after its approval.    

7. 危机管理：建立完善的公关危机预警，妥善处理突发事件，维护企业与品牌形象。

7. Crisis management: establish PR crisis warning mechanism, handle emergencies  properly, and maintain the image of the company and brand.

任职要求Job Requirements:

1. 本科以上，市场营销或公共关系专业。英语6级，能用英语沟通。

道德良好，有责任心，五官端正，无不良品行。

1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in marketing or Public Relation.

English proficiency requirement: CET-6, able to communicate in English.

Good morality, sense of responsibility and no bad behavior.

2年以上工作经验，具有敏锐的优质赞助人嗅觉及落地能力。本职位大多数时间无需到岗。但必须保持网络在线沟通。

At least 2 years of working experience, keen on finding high-quality sponsors and able to conclude deals. You are not required to come to the office most of the time. But you must keep online for communication. On site work not required.

2. 形象气质佳，具有亲和力，了解法律知识；优秀的人际交往和协调能力，高度的工作热情，良好的应变力与团队合作精神；

2. Good image and temperament, amicable and have understanding of  legal knowledge; excellent interpersonal skills and coordination abilities,  passionate for work, good adaptability and team  spirit;   appearance

3. 较强的公关传播策划能力及稿件撰写功底，执行力强，积极乐观，能承受一定压力；

3. Strong in PR dissemination and planning, good at writing press releases,  strong in execution, positive and optimistic, able to work under pressure;    

4. 熟悉新媒体和传统媒体业务运作，在电视、平媒、互联网拥有一定的高端媒体资源及广泛的中、基层媒体资源关系优先。

4. Familiar with new media/traditional media operation; candidates who have  upmarket media resources and broad media connections at intermediate and  grassroot levels in TV, print media, and the Internet are preferred.   

5. 依据项目工时或佣金比例结算薪资。

5. Salary is based on specific project working hours or commission rate.
