Job Responsibilities：

• Taking care of Procurement for all Stock, Non-Stock & Consumable Items right from receipt of PR with feasibility till it converts to PO, ensuring relevant approvals, encompassing all the requirements of relevant stake holders.
• Expediting the PO and following up for timely delivery including requesting AP for any advance payments/payments as per agreed commercial terms.
• Ensuring New Product/Sample are acquired and approved from Operation teams.
• Passing Stock Transfer receipt on receipt confirmation.
• Passing Adjustment entries on receipt of Items at site once Generic Items converted to customize Items.
• HR document handle (HK & Macau)- pass or e-mail to HR relate person.
• Assistant AP on relate department to reply and analysis import or export document or inquiry
• Handling banking responsibilities and documentation.
• Following up all contract renewal or termination
• SHDR/UBR project supplier sourcing and help to apply standard certificate
• Coordinate with Transporter for Import/Export Items & Local Transfer within country
• Annual physical stock takes with auditor (HK/Sing/China/Macau)
