Main Responsibilities：

1）Pre-sales involvement

• Analyze customer requirements and specifications and contribute to the customer specific and general product development strategy.
• Communicate with OEMs via different channels and present Novelis material solutions to OEMs
• Be involved in early design stage of OEMs and support customers with Novelis material solutions

2）Customer Relationship

• Develop new market, item and customers in order to achieve business goal and add values to the Company
• Understand customer’s strategy, business model, their value-add and development
• Create solutions and aligned value-add for customer
• Identify key decision makers and build knowledge and relationships with them

3）Support on commercial  issues

4）Provide support on technical issues

Qualifications：

• Bachelor of above；majored in engineering, metal material related is preferable；
• No less than 10 years relevant experiences with any of the following areas: BiW design, CAE, stamping of aluminum or steel auto sheet, aluminum or steel auto sheet production process or product development, other aluminum sheet process；
• Experiences of working for Auto OEM or serving Auto OEM customers is necessary；
• Familiar with the alloy and production process of aluminum or steel sheet；
• Familiar with the applications of aluminum or steel sheet in vehicle；
• Excellent customer service skill including communication and coordination；
• Strong project management skill，good communication.
