1、 服从班长的指挥，根据当班生产任务协调和布置操作工工作，高质量完成当班的生产任务；

2、 依据岗位操作法、工艺操作规程等作业指导书，通过DCS操作系统，监控、优化、调整装置工艺参数，及时向现场操作工下达作业指令，并做好当班操作记录；

3、 负责对操作工的工作质量进行检查和考核，有权对违章作业和不安全行为进行制止；

4、 按规定到装置现场进行巡检，及时发现和处理工艺、设备、产品质量、安全、环保等方面存在的问题；

5、 负责操作工岗位巡检记录和操作记录的检查和审核；

6、 当装置现场有施工和检修项目时，安排操作人员进行现场监护，确保施工人员按规范施工和检修，杜绝违章施工和安全、环保事故的发生；

7、 参加交接班会，介绍交班前的生产情况或对交班条件进行确认，督促操作工对口交接，并签字确认；

8、 领导交付的其他相关工作。

 

任职要求：

1、 熟悉操作规程有相应的安全防护知识； 

2、 五年以上化工厂一线工作经验，其中三年以上DCS操作经验； 

3、 具有较强的化工操作应变能力；

4、中专或以上学历。
