Responsibilities

· Be responsible for translating a company’s marketing objectives into creative strategies and designs.

· 能将公司的市场目标转化为创意策略及设计；

· Must understand the company’s needs and current market conditions in order to develop successful creative campaigns.

· 须了解公司的需求及当前市场情况以提升创意活动的成功；

· Oversees a number of staff such as graphic designers and copywriters. As a team, they write, design, pitch, propose and implement creative projects to meet a company’s marketing needs. Projects may include developing a company’s logo, marketing materials such as brochures and annual reports, advertising campaigns and online presence.

· 监督管理设计团队，设计团队需要通过撰写文案、创意设计以达到公司的市场需求，同时也需通过创意活动来提升公司的企业形象。

Job Duties

· Managing creative staff; overseeing vendors, photographers, printers and freelancers;

· 管理设计团队；监督管理供应商，如摄影师、印刷商等；

· Working with account executives to ensure clients’ needs are met;

· 与项目执行团队合作以完成客户的要求；

· Ensuring a project is on schedule;

· 确保项目按计划进展；

· Leading brainstorming sessions;

· 领导设计团队“头脑风暴”

· Conceptualizing ideas and assigning projects to staff.

· 将创意概念化，并合理分派工作给设计团队成员；

· Be responsible for ensuring the quality of each project, that it is completed on time and within budget.

· 确保项目按时保质地完成，并在预算内控制成本；

· Creative directors also create proposals and pitch ideas to clients.

· 提供具有创意的活动方案或概念；

· Need to have strong persuasive and presentation skills.

· 具有较强的演示及沟通技巧

Qualifications

o Need a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, communications or related field.

o 设计类、艺术类或相关专业学士学位及以上。

o 5 to 10 years experience in design, brand development and project management may be required.

o 设计、品牌发展等相关行业5-10年从业经验，有项目管理经验。

o Need extensive knowledge of graphic fundamentals, print and web capabilities and a superior understanding of marketing and advertising principles.

o 有图文设计、印刷方面的知识技术，熟知市场营销及广告推广方面的准则。
