POSITION SUMMARY:

Tender specialist works closely with commercial team to proactively manage tender related work, including municipal/provincial procurement platforms, hospital & government tenders, tender data base setting up etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managing municipal/provincial medical procurement platforms, maintaining company qualification and product information etc.

· Monitoring tender price on procurement platforms, proposing tender price to commercial team with solid justification and helping with price guidance set up.

· Setting up and maintaining tender data base, including data of historical tender price, competitor’s price, doing analytics work for business intelligence, and also sourcing qualified vendors for tender data base.

· Going through tender application and document preparation of hospital & government tenders

· Daily work of channel management job including but not limited to channel on-board, contract renewal & termination, channel evaluation etc.

· Other job assigned by leader

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· At least 5 years working experience in MNC and 2 years in tender management experience

· Good communication and cooperation skill

· Good business acumen

· Proficient in English

· Proficient in Microsoft office, especially excel.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (optional):

· Experience of vendor management

· Experience of channel management
