Job responsibilities：

• IT Client Support Services and IT Asset Management
• Network (WAN, Internet, VPN, LAN and wireless setup) setup, Video conference systems, Telephony systems
• Support Enterprise applications, desktops, Operating systems and databases
  
• Maintain performance and high service availability for IT systems
  
• Support in project planning and execution
  
• Liaise with suppliers and providers for support
  
• Conduct technology evaluations and recommend
  
• Level 2 support for IT helpdesk function

Plays crucial role in maintaining high system uptime with efficient performance. Conducts new installation and preventive maintenance activity

• Graduate (preferable in Computer Science), with 3+ years similar experience
  
• Good command of spoken and wirtten English will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Various operating systems
  
• Knowledge of Network /Security Products/Technologies (IP, Routing, Wan Switches, Routers, Wireless, VPN, Unified Communications)
  
• Knowledge on hardware (Desktop, Servers, Printers etc.) and troubleshooting capability
