工作描述：

1、与各BU建立关系，如与各BU协作建立标准操作流程、负责召开例会和workshop等。

2、加速中国区域 ERD的融合，协助上司为其制定中长期计划KPI

3、与其他团队一起开展和支持中国规格产品的制定工作

4、收集中国汽车产业技术发展信息

主要工作职责：

1、协助上司制作区域发展战略规划

2、协助上司规划区域MTP

3、为区域组织设定目标

4、推进区域组织一体化和改革(协调资源，提高地方能力)

要求：

1、管理或人力资源管理相关专业学士学位。

2、必须有良好的英语沟通能力。

3、能够独立工作，善于组织和谈判工作。

4、有汽车或零部件行业管理经验，熟悉质量管理体系者优先。例如：IATF16949，QS9000等。

5、有过汽车行业总经理助理相关工作经验。
