职位描述
Job dimensions
- Act as a main resource to solve SMT process control issues in Auto Optical Inspection technology field;
- Assist process improvement to meet production, quality, safety and cost improvement;
- Appraise technological developments and investigates feasibility of new techniques in detectivablity field.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for daily operation activities in SPI/AOI equipment;
- Lead inspection system related development. (major in brand KohYoung, Orbotech & CyberOptics);
- Lead new product inspection profile defined and trial run;
- Lead optimize inspection profile to balance high FPY & low escaping ratio. (major in brand KohYoung, Orbotech & CyberOptics);
- Manage and dispose production abnormal inspection issue in SMT process;
- Work with other function team for continuous process and equipment improvement;
- Standardize SMT inspection process specification and documentation;
- Drive and lead assigned improvement projects;
- Responsible for global process standardization and new line setup.
Qualifications / experiencerequired
Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or other related areas;
At least 3 years SPI & AOI engineering experience;
Strong knowledge of software ePM/CAM;
Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, FMEA, SPC, lean-six sigma tools;
Be able to use statistic tools for problem solving and further process improvement;
Be familiar with KohYoung, Orbotech, CyberOptics equipment;
Be familiar with CAD，CAM 350;
Software development & industry automatic control background is ideal;
Fluent communication both in Chinese and English;
Great co-work & communication ability, being positive & active during working.
