·报告审核员员负责采购评估报告和文件，确保符合公司和客户要求的一致性、准确性和完整性。

·向客户处理审核报告和/或根据需要上传客户系统和/或数据库中的报告。

·更新和跟踪质量保证评审记录的数据库系统。

·就报告问题与审核员沟通。

·向审核员提供反馈，以改善整体质量缺陷。

·与负责的采购经理沟通，以更新客户的具体要求。

·全面负责和问责，确保及时、高效地处理分配的报告。

Essential Duties

· Reviewer responsible sourcing assessment reports and documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and completeness as per company and client’s requirements.

· Process reviewed reports to the clients and/or upload reports in client’s system and/or database as required. · Update and track data base system regarding quality assurance reviewing notes.

· Communicate with auditors regarding report clarification issues.

· Provide feedbacks to auditors for improvement on overall quality deficiencies.

· Communicate with responsible sourcing managers for specific client requirement updates.

· Take overall ownership and accountability to ensure assigned reports are processed on a timely basis in an efficient way.

· Report outstanding issues regarding report quality to relevant managers timely.

· Work with auditors to respond and follow up client report feedbacks

· Other assignments as needed.
