主要工作职责:  

Position Responsibility Summary:

  

1. 依据工厂产能及订单情况，组织制定生产计划并跟踪落实，确保及时交货；

   According to factory capacity and orders, organize to make and follow up the production plan to ensure on-time delivery;

2. 协调处理生产过程中的异常问题，保证生产有序进行；

   Coordinate all the abnormal problems in the process of production, ensure the orderly conduct of production;

3. 根据生产计划及时更新系统需求，分析跟踪物料计划，确保原材料及时到货；

4. According to the production plan update the system requirements timely, analyze & follow up the material plan to ensure the on-time delivery of raw materials;

5. 收集分析产量、工时、效率信息，评估产能和需求，合理控制加班，确保效率***化；

   Collect and analyze information of capacity, production hours & efficiency, assess the capacity and requirement, control the overtime work reasonably to ensure the maximum efficiency;

6. 定期维护更新系统，包括工单释放打印、工单完工，工时维护，计划需求调整等；

   Maintain & update the system on regular base, including : Release FA and print, the completion of order, working hours maintenance, plan requirements adjustment, etc.;

7. 组织生产例会，并做好会议纪要，跟踪会议议题；

   Organize production meeting and prepare meeting minutes, follow up meeting agenda;

8. 完成其他交办的工作。

       Other duties as assigned.
