职责:
1.安排协调总经理的日常工作行程，及时提醒总经理计划内的工作安排。
2.呈递需总经理审议的请示、报告、单据等文件，将总经理批示信息以电子或书面形式及时反馈并留存。
3.接听来电并做好记录，接待来访的重要客人。
4.协助总经理处理对外事务和联系工作。
5.向相关部门传达总经理批示，通过电话、邮件等方式询问、催办总经理交待的事项，并及时上报总经理。
6.参加总经理组织的及公司有关工作会议，记录参加会议的内容，并整理会议经要。
7.总经理关注事项的跟进、汇报。
8.负责来函、传真、文件、报告等文书的翻译、整理及归档工作。完成总经理交办公文起草、翻译等工作。
9.完成总经理交办的其他临时性工作。

要求:
1.本科及以上，英语或行政管理等文科专业。
2.二年以上助理或秘书经历。
3.英文听说读写熟练，有中级口译或专八证书，有法语基础优先考虑。
4.熟练操作office软件，包括word, excel等。
5.工作认真仔细，有耐心。积极主动，责任心强。

Responsibility:
1) Arrange and coordinate GM’s routine schedule. Reminder GM of planned arrangement.
2) Submit requisition, report and document etc.to GM.
3) Give feedback of GM’s approved file and saved accordingly to computer or written.
4) Receive coming call and make records; Receive important visiting guests.
5) Assist GM to handle external affairs and contact work.
6) Convey GM’s approved information to related department.
7) Attend the meeting organized by GM, make meeting record and sort out.
8) Follow up the things GM care about and revise to GM.
9) Translate, sort out and file the coming letter/Fax/document/report etc.
10) Complete the draft and translation job assigned by GM.
11) Complete the temporary task assigned by GM and other managers.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree，Major in liberal arts such as English, Administration.
2) 2~5 related year Assistant or secretary experience.
3) Fluent English skill (equal or above Intermediate Interpretation Level) including oral, written and reading. With French skill will be an advantage.
4) Requirements include demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
5) Careful, patient, initiative and strong sense of responsibility.

     Meren Xianda Shanghai Co., Ltd is one of Chinese subsidiaries of Mersen Group as a top quality factory in China which manufactures chemical equipments made by high performance materials.
