岗位职责:

1.  为医院持续质量改善工作提供支持。

Support continuous quality improvement process across the organization.

2.根据法律法规的变化，管理和更新有关规章程序与流程。

Responsible for monitoring and updating policies and procedures to include regulatory changes.

3.负责医院医疗设备的质量管理与改进项目。

Facilities and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility.

4.确保以***标准实施质量计划和服务，以便患者能得到***水平的护理并优化患者体验。

Ensures programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care to optimize patient experience.

5. 负责以医护人员和访客为核心的安全风险管理计划，以减少伤害事件。

Responsible for risk management programs with an emphasis on patient staff and visitors’ safety, and harm reduction.

6.利用医院危急分析工具在整个医院实施应急计划。 

Use hospital vulnerability analysis tool to implement contingency plan throughout the hospital.

7.根据质量管理委员会的要求进行内部审核和风险分析。

Conduct internal audits and risk analysis as determined by the Quality Management Committee

 

任职资格:

1.Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred;

2.Medicine or Nursing Healthcare Administration;

3.At least 3+ years of associated working experience within a healthcare facility;

4.Ability to compile, code and categorize, or verify information/data;

5.Ability to communicate effectively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

6.Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner;

广州泰和肿瘤医院（GCCC）坐落于广州市黄埔区中新广州知识城，是一家按照国内三级肿瘤专科医院标准、以及国际***医疗机构标准来建设的癌症防治中心。医院致力于打造医疗技术高地和医学人文高地，以国际诊疗规范为肿瘤患者提供包括质子治疗在内的放疗、化疗、手术的多学科诊疗服务。医院建成之后将有400余张病床，医护人员800余人，建设目标是在广州创立一个具备临床诊疗、癌症预防、医学研究、专科培训、远程会诊的 “五位一体” 的国际化癌症中心，造福广大肿瘤患者。
GCCC于2010年获批入围《广东省现代产业500强项目》，设置肿瘤内科、肿瘤外科、放疗中心（含质子治疗系统等）等临床科室。2021年5月获得医疗执业许可证，2021年6月全面投入运营；总投资超过30亿元人民币。
