Responsibility:

1. Define overall digital and social strategy, including Social CRM, to keep brands stay relevant to local consumer and on top of trends
2. Work with internal stakeholders and manage agencies for Digital, social campaign planning, management, execution and reporting on key platforms: wechat, weibo, Red, Douyin, Bilibili
3. Drive content integration across all consumer touch points to drive consistent brand look& feel. Collaborate internal stakeholders (brand manager, EC team) to work out social content plan with agency to in line with brand image
4. Strategically and efficiently create highly trending content to increase brand relevance, foster social conversation
5. Input on Ecommerce campaigns and brand activities on social media platform, also to drive brand and product desire.
6. Track social media practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations
7. Own digital, social media budget, ensure high level of ROI on these activates. Build clear business metrics and reports to track and monitor the effectiveness and success of social media campaigns
8. Create a cohesive consumer journey linking from social to Ecommerce platform(s) in order to maximize ROI/sales opportunity
   
   

Requirement & Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing, over 3 years on social media related scope
2. Robust social media experiences with focused on ‘paid and earned’ media
3. A multi-tasker, capable of dealing multiple responsibilities while maintaining efficient productivity
4. A good team player.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence both internal and external teams
6. Self-motivated and willingness to push the boundary and hold others’ accountability
7. Good English in both written and spoken
