职位描述
Main Responsibilites
- Monthly closing & financial report preparation for submission to the Head Office
- Prepare report for Steering meeting / business management review for P&L, KPI and sales performance including inventory, margin and productivity by product .
- Ensure accurate management and statutory reporting in compliance with local laws, IFRS and headquarter standards
- Reconcile inventory in Sage/Peachtree accounting system with external warehouse for month end closing and make adjustment if needed
- Tax filing & other statutory reports submission on timely basis, calculate taxes and fees, handle transfer and reporting process
- Liaison with various government offices and bank to ensure the company‘s business activities comply with the local laws
- Handle staff expense reimbursement
- E-commerce platform sales invoice issuance to local consumers and marketing fees/sales transaction charges invoice/receipt download
- Monitor Alipay account operation, make sure the 4-eyes principle is complied
- Identify E-commerce related system (Tmall & Alipay) issues, if any, work with multiple parties (commercial team and TP) to resolve and ensure the accuracy of sales and inventory data
- Handle internal fund transfers within banks and Alipay accounts to maintain a healthy cash flow position
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecast & trigger financing requests as needed in a timely manner
- Follow up intercompany reconciliation and outstanding issues
- Develop budget/forecast Finance working process & templates
- Prepare annual/quarterly budget to the Head Office
- Make recommendation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control process
- Other ad-hoc assignments as require
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in finance and accounting
- 3-5 years’ experience in E-commerce business is preferred
- Have a good understanding of business process in e-commerce platform such as Tmall and third-party payment tools such as Alipay
- Good team player and independently responsible for the whole e-commerce accounts and cash flow
- Familiar with IFRS, PRC GAAP and tax regulations
- Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Strong communication skill internal / external
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Familiar with MS office applications. Sage/Peachtree experience is advantageous.
