岗位责任：

Receive Boeing's orders, break down and fulfill the orders.

负责接受波音订单，并对订单内容进行分解和落实。

Develop master schedule according to the delivery requirements.

按照交付要求制定公司主计划。

Developing, analyzing, maintaining status of master schedules with the sufficient details to quickly and efficiently monitor program progress.

开发、分析、维护主计划的状态，并通过足够的细节来快速有效地监控项目进度。

Clearly communicate about schedule impacts and proper corrective actions to stakeholders.

清晰地和利益相关方沟通有关于计划的影响和合适的纠正措施。

Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed according to the contract requirements.

制作恢复计划来确保项目里程碑能够按照合同要求完成。

Perform schedule risk assessment and mitigation measures.

实施计划风险评估及缓和措施。

Maintain planning parameters in ERP and planning systems.

在ERP和规划系统中维护计划参数。

Work with planners to develop detailed plans and schedules for each aircraft.

和计划员们合作，为每一架飞机制定出详细的计划和时间表。

Coordinate with the functional leaders.

和职能部门领导进行协调。

Assign, instruct, supervise and evaluate schedulers assigned. Receive, assess, and enter engineering and production progress.

Provide data of each function performance of supporting the order fulfillment.

Minimize/communicate the potential changes or risks. Provide the countermeasures , and escalate supplier performance variation and failure to reliably and fully meet due date.

Report the production data analysis and customer service key metrics to the Leadership Team.

Own BPR Meeting.

主导BPR会议。

具备资质：

Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future.

必须有持有在中国工作的许可; 目前和将来都不需要公司为工作签证提供赞助。

Minimum 8-10 years working experience in aviation/aerospace industry with the excellent knowledge and understanding about the aircraft manufacturing process and master schedule development and management.

至少在航空航天行业有8-10年的工作经验，并对飞机制造流程和主计划制定与管理有出色的知识和理解。

Minimum 2 years related experience in the team management.

在团队管理方面至少有2年的相关经验。

Experienced in project management. Expert with critical path methodology and internal resources coordination.

在项目管理方面经验丰富。擅长使用关键路径方法，以及内部资源协调。

Ability to manage diverse team in high pressure/dynamic environment focusing on meeting project costs, delivery schedule and product integrity.

能够在高压力和动态环境下管理多样化的团队，关注项目成本，交付进度和产品完整性。

Able to speak, read, and comprehend English at a professional working level proficiency.

英语和汉语听说读技能娴熟，能将英语和汉语作为工作语言运用自如。

Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional cooperation skills, and ability to work well under pressure with a flexible approach.
