主要职责包括但不限于:
- 达成由经理制定的年度销售目标;
- 以高度专业和道德方式代表公司面对客户;
- 开发他所负责的市场(肥料和矿产/金属)的知识和理解;
能够分析市场情况(价格/竞争/特殊需求) ,并向管理层汇报;
- 建立稳固的现有客户关系(包括大客户)并开发新客户;
- 在整个商业机会的生命周期中扮演推销员的角色:
◎探寻有价值的机会;
◎联系有影响力的人和关键人物;
◎获取客户的询价单;
◎与法国和中国的应用团队协调,准备相应的商务报价;
◎提交报价,跟进并获得相应的订单;
◎发布内部订单;
岗位要求:
- 10年以上工作经验,其中至少5年销售经验;
- 工程或化学专业本科学历;
- 良好的英语能力(口头和书面)是必须的;
- 在化肥或矿山/金属行业(或两者) 有成功销售设备的记录,对这些行业有良好的认识和理解,并有良好的商业关系网;
- 具有较强的谈判、沟通和表达能力,良好的沟通能力;
- 结果导向,具有高度的责任感和职业道德;
- 愿意经常出差(约50%-70%的工作时间);
- 良好的团队合作精神,并与中外同事建立良好的关系;
- 熟悉Excel, PPT, Word等办公应用;

Main missions shall be, but not limited to :
- Detect valuable opportunities
- Contact influencers and key players
- Obtain RFQs from customers
- prepare the corresponding Commercial Offer in coordination with Application team in France & China
- Submit the offer, follow up closely and get the corresponding order
- Launch order internally
Required experience and knowledge:
- Above 10 years' working experience, including at least 5 years in Sales
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Chemistry
- Good English skills (both oral & written) is a must
- Has proven track records of successfully selling equipment in either Fertilizer or Mine/Metals industries (or both) with already a good knowledge & understanding of these industries, and a well-developed network of business relationships.
- Strong Negotiation, Communication & Presentation skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Result driven with high sense of responsibility and ethic
- Willing to travel regularly (50%-70% of working time)
- Able to work as a team and build good relationship with Chinese & non-Chinese colleagues
- Familiar with Ms Excel, PPT, Word…
