Main Responsibilities:

1. Attention: This position is for distributor management, and the working location is in Shenzhen.
2. Responsible for the construction, maintenance, update and management of the company's product channels, timely communication and feedback of channel business information;

3. Responsible for the production and review of sales reports, the customization, implementation, supervision and feedback of channel strategies;

4. Responsible for the company's market channel development and sales,

5. Work with distributors to develop marketing plans, and provide technical assistance to ensure distributors’ sales volume achieve target.

6. Monitor distributors’ sales activity, resolve the conflict of distributors and key accounts in order to leverage distributor to achieve sales budget.

7. Supervise on distributors’ business status and problems, collect the influence from sales, partners, competition and economic environment, timely take actions to endure business continuity and competitiveness: policy update or new policy, new action plans, etc.

8. Support and maintain channel relationships

9. Other tasks arranged by superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in Engineering related is plus.

• Over 2 years' working experience, the experience of Sales / FAE for electronic components or new market development and distributor management is preferred.

• Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill & project management skill.

• Quick learning ability to adapt for the company’s request for new market.

• Computer Skills and English Language (written and spoken)
