SUMMARY概述 (brief summary of job工作职责简单概述)

This role is responsible for supporting Dental China Sales team to operate more smoothly in order to achieve our sales growth faster and better.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Maintain and Manage the price /material/customer data in SAP system

• Support Dental sales team and coordinate with other departments (Marketing/CS/Planner/Lab/Ops) to realize sales teams’ goals/KPIs (Sales amount, gross margin, AR collection etc.)

• As key contact person between sales team and sales support function in global headquarter, regarding SAP system/Qlik view system/Forecast System/CRM system etc.

• Preparing registration and regulation documents for selling medical device

• Prepare all necessary data/reports for key projects meeting, seminars, exhibitions

• Sales Report: MIS report/sales summary report/Top 20 Customer/Forecast/Main product analysis by customer/ monthly order &sales report per client and product /Qlik view Report and other Dental business Reports as required

• Prepare Sampling/Sales cost/Productivity report by end of 1st week of each month

• Assist sales department on business contract, agreement, rebate and related documents preparation

• Filling documents for customer database

• Flight booking, hotel reservation, train ticket, visa application and other secretary & admin tasks, etc.

  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

  Related work experience相关工作经验

• Over 5 years’ experience as sales support or customer service

• Medical device/dental working experience is preferred

  Formal education or equivalent教育背景

• Bachelor or above

  Skills技能

• Good in both English and Mandarin

• Good computer skill, such as MS office

• Experienced in SAP

• Experienced in CRM (Salesforce)/Qlikview
