OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

To maintain customer satisfaction of ZF’s quality performance through quick response, problem solving and drive internal cross function team to continuously improve quality performance.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.

• Participate in FMEA, DV, PV and process launch teams.

• Lead for product/process change management.

• Implement and maintain quality systems for new production introduction.

• Ensure major customer complaints are resolved.

• Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers.

• Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.

• Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas.

• Report to quality manager on quality performance including Manufacturing and Quality reports, Operation review, QOS system and etc.

Lead “Advance Quality Planning” in introducing new products to plant in quality perspective 

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求 

• Bilingual in Chinese and English.

• Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision-making skills (Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent).

• Six Sigma experience or equivalent is desired.

Good coordination and communication skilles.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Educational: Bachelor’s degree or above with Engineering related major.

Experience: At least 3 years working experiences with automotive quality.
