职位描述
Job Responsibility:
? Develop new customers, new reman business and pursuit penetration opportunity (OES2/OES3) of service parts to ensure the target of sales revenue & margin be achieved. Develop reman business in both ZF and Non-ZF portfolio in assigned OEM and other customers.
? Manage OES projects of the team in accordance with ZF new project launch standard process
? Follow up open order status and push overdue parts to meet customer requests.
? Obtain and verify customer forecast information to schedule the demand properly
? Manage product life cycle as well under commercial aspects and support EOP (End of Production) parts supply plan negotiation between suppliers & OES customers to ensure we can meet customer demand with lower inventory cost.
? Actively coordinate with demand planning team to track the excess stock and ensure provision value lower than target.
? Solve the commercial issue for issuing the GT invoice and support to push outstanding overdue AR
? Build up strong network with ZF OE Sales and global OES Key Account Manager to ensure the team takes over all service parts’ business
? Regular proactive customer contact of ZF aftermarket secure seamless pre-NPI and NPI processes
? Support OES PC Senior Manager to do regular report according to management’s requirement, such as OES monthly report, OP and forecast report, etc.
Profile:
? Working experience in automotive industry is preferred, background of chassis, braking, powertrain and safety products is a plus.
? Desire to develop new business, ability to combine internal and external resource independently to control projects.
? Good reporting and documentation skills
? Travel national wide
? Driving license is a plus that always need to use personal car
