Job Function工作职责

1. Provide the pre-audit report to identify the risks in terms of process of the potential supplier.

对潜在供应商做前期审核，定义生产过程中的风险项。

2. Responsible for supplier advance development and mass production quality control from APQP phase till SOP phases.

负责供应商前期开发，从APQP到SOP阶段，控制产品质量。

3. Approve with the project for the CC/SC list which identify by the supplier during design validation.

在设计验证阶段，批准项目CC/SC列表

4. Supplier process validation for new product, and follow up and close all non-conformities before mass production.

供应商处新产品的过程验证，在量产前跟踪并关闭所有不符合项。

5. Review and approve requirements file for Supplier PPAP.

复核并批准供应商PPAP文件。

6. Follow up the quality issue during the trial-production, if any quality issue in this phase, push supplier to correct till fix all issues before PPAP, otherwise, don’t approve for PSW.

在试生产阶段跟踪质量问题，在此阶段如有任何质量问题，推动供应商在PPAP前纠正所有问题，否则不签署PSW。

7. Involve all the part design review and drawing review. Involve the part change/modification, especially when the specification or drawing is changed, ensure the supplier can get the information correctly.

参与所有零件设计评审和图纸评审。参与变更/修改，特别是当规格或图纸更改时，确保供应商能正确地获取信息。

8. For mass production, make the incoming inspection standard

对于量产产品，制作收料检验标准。

9. Validate 8D for incident created by a supplier and in compliance with Standard reactivity: 24hrs / 5 days / 10 days.

验证供应商问题的8D报告，要求其回复及执行时间遵循：24小时/5天/10天的原则。

10. Dispose the returned raw material in MRB area of warehouse, and control the amount of red zone and ensure dispose defective raw material within the prescribed time..

处理仓库中MRB区域的原材料，控制红牌数量，确保在一定的时间内处理不良原材料。

11. Supplier quality monthly report management, Supplier PPM. Trace the action from supplier with worst performance.

管理每月的供应商质量报告，供应商PPM。对风险供应商追踪改善行动。

12. For suppliers in AVL whose monthly performance fails to meet the company's target, implement corrective measures, and inform the quality department to be strict with incoming material inspection.

对于AVL中的月度绩效未达到公司目标的供应商，执行整改措施，并通知质量部门加严来料检验。

13. Perform the annual process audit for the suppliers in AVL, and coordinate with supplier to dig out the root cause and implement improvement measures when big quality issue occurs (eg. Cause the risk of production shutdown) .

针对AVL供应商制定年度审核计划并按计划进行实施。当供应商发生重大质量问题（如，导致生产断线风险）时，应***时间赶到供应商现场协同供应商进行原因分析并制定对策。

14. Update supplier (raw material and Third party) list, collect and check the effective date of the relevant certificate (ex. Business Licenses&IATF16949&ISO9001&ISO14001).

更新原材料及外加工供应商（包括合格、临时、潜在供方）列表，收集并审查各 类证书的有效期。(例如：营业执照&IATF16949&ISO9001&ISO14001).

15. Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。

16. Temporary work assigned by department Leader.

Qualification and Requirement任职资格

－ College degree in Engineering, manufacturing or quality.

工程、机械类相关专业大专及以上学历.

－ Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001.

熟悉IATF16949、ISO9001、ISO14001质量管理体系.

－ At least 3 years of working experience in supplier quality management.

至少有3年以上供应商质量管理经验.

－ IATF 16949 certified internal auditor preferred.

取得IATF16949内审员证书者优先.

－ Good communication skills and written English

良好的沟通能力和英文读写能力.

－ Mature, dynamic, honest.

思想成熟，精明能干，为人诚实。
