招聘职位：品控主管

工作地点：浦东新区源深路1088号财务平安大厦1605室   

工作职责：

1. 根据需要驻扎代工厂，负责对生产过程进行现场全面管控：从产品生产前原材料的质量、生产环境的卫生、设备设施等相关环节的监督检查；
2. 负责对所有产品进行检验、放行以及不合格品监督处理追踪，对不合格品进行原因分析及调查，持续跟进不合格品处理和整改验证；
3. 负责对产品生产过程中出现的异常产品进行取样试味，记录并反馈结果；
4. 负责商品收货、存储、包装、配送过程中的质量检测和标准落地，减少各环节的商品质量问题发生；
5. 协助仓库管理，产品数量的实时更新，做好出入库的记录及其他台账的登记；
6. 负责协调、监督物流配送相关工作，发现问题，及时沟通解决；
7. 确保物流配送及仓储成本是现阶段公司能达到的最低水平，并且在与供应商合作中进一步压缩成本，使得公司的产品成本长期为下降趋势；
8. 负责完成质量体系的制定和有效运行及维护，并根据实际情况及时进行优化；
9. 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

1. 食品及生物等相关专业;
2. 细节控、追求完美；
3. 具有较强的沟通协调能力，认真负责，严谨细致；
4. 具备较强的沟通能力、良好的团队合作意识；
5. 工作责任心强、学习能力强；
6. 熟悉QS流程，能够独立完成标准建立并及时更新；
7. 可以接受出差。
