Position: Project Assistant - Spanish

Reposting lines: Report to Project Manager and Project Director

Location: Shanghai, Qingpu

Shanghai International Milestone is a wholly foreign owned company established in 2011 in Qingpu Export Processing Zone. The company is mainly focused on manufacturing, sourcing, logistics and international trading with North American & Latin American markets in sanitary ware sector.

Mission of Project Assistant:

The Project Assistant shall provide all kinds of assistance to Project Managers, in terms of order processing & follow-up, daily communication with suppliers, coordination with forwarders for delivery, elaboration of international trading documents, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

- Receive, record and follow international trading orders;

- Daily communication with suppliers for the control of orders and deliveries;

- Prepare international trading documents, e.g. CI, PL, CO, etc.

- Coordinate with forwarders for order dispatch;

- Record and follow foreign payments for the delivered orders;

- Help Project Manager with other tasks

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- Good Spanish & English, in both written and oral form;

- Experience in international trading or sourcing is a plus;

- Fast learner, team spirit, well organized, good interpersonal & communication skills
