Responsibilities:

1.RMB & Foreign currency invoice booking;

2.T&E checking & booking;

3.Outstanding AP,DP analysis;

4.GRIR analysis;

5.DP clearing;

6.Payment run & FX payment preparing;

7.VAT reconciliation.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Financial Management will be preferred;

2.3+year experience  in accounting, from trading company is a plus;

3.Familiar with reconciliation process between customer and supplier;

4.Proficiency in the national and regional policy of VAT to keep abreast of policy update and implementation;

5.Good skills on judgment and decision-making, coordination, interpersonal, influence, planning and implementation;

6.Good communication and coordination skills with professional ethics;

7.Honest , integrity, responsible, careful and hard-working;

8.Sensitive to data and good at data analysis;

9.Good on excel skills;

10.Good English both on oral and writing.
