Job Description

- General Project quality contains the lead of the software quality assurance activities in projects including

• approval for project quality plan and process tailoring
• moderate and rate the software quality gate review including release of the final SW to customer
• evaluate the risks in case of defect/deviations or open work products

- Focus Project Quality support is requested for ASPICE compliant projects

• perform process compliance checks
• regular track in detail the SW project status with the help of cockpit charts and support Engineering to define measures to close the gap in case needed
• reporting of Q-status to TOP management
• support Engineering to prepare and follow up ASPICE assessment

- Proactively push and follow up continuous improvement activities

• cooperation in global SW quality activities such as definition of new directives and their implementation and continuous improvement
• Optimize the software development process？
• distribute regular summary report to associates and management for continuous quality improvement

- Problem Solving: Coach and monitor 8D in case of complaints, internal findings for the definition of corrective and preventive measures and participate within problem solving activities / task forces

- Offer training including software quality assurance process & methods to engineering team

Qualifications

？

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering background, software engineering is a plus
• 2 years or above in engineering or testing or quality department
• Understanding software development life cycle Vmodel or ASPICE or CMMI knowledge is a plus
• Strong abilities on analytical problem solving and constructive thinking
• Self-motivation and willing to take responsibility
• Good at communication, and cooperation with others

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
