工作职责:

1. 负责处理BU团队社交媒介策划需求，包括：社交趋势/平台玩法/预算内资源数量匹配/kpi预估分配等需求的服务和对接，并落地制作成媒介策划方案；

2. 能够独立完成高质量的社交媒介策划方案，对传播和媒介效果进行可实施性和落地的评估；

3. 能够清楚理解业务方/品牌的营销需求，独立完成提案与沟通，并协调内外部资源和渠道，进行高质量内部服务流程作业；

4. 熟悉社交媒体和用户网络行为，能够紧跟社交平台的更新，和互联网文化的热点，有效利用社交媒体资源，在传播形式和互动体验上持续创新；

任职资格:

1. 3年以上新媒体策划从业经验，有社交媒体或数字营销公司策划从业经验和优秀案例优先；

2. 长期专注于广告及品牌策划的工作， 有服务快消行业品牌从业经验的优先；

3. 掌握多类型社交资源第三方工具平台，能根据不同营销需求甄选和规划资源组合，对数据和趋势敏感；

4. 熟悉各类office工作软件，ppt技能要精通
