1. 有服装辅料开发的工作知识和工作经验；

2. 有5人以上的团队管理经验；

3. 有良好的英文沟通能力，能够与国外客户直接联系沟通；

4. 能够熟练操作E-mail/word/excel/AI

5. 保持与各部门之间的合作

6. 跟进团队将样品安排给买家

7. 根据从买家那里获得的趋势和灵感，为每个季节安排一个新系列。

Job Description:

1. Working knowledge & experience of garments is a must

2. Ability to manage a team of 5 or more people.

3. Good in English to communicate with overseas buyers

4. Good working knowledge of email / excel/word/AI to make and keep the data

5. Coordinate with each department and put the developments together

6. Follow up with the teams for arranging the samples to buyers

7. arrange a new collection for every season based on trends & inspiration received from buyers.
