工作职责：

1. 按照设备作业指导书和维保计划的要求，开展厂务基础设施设备的点检和预防性维护保养工作。      

2. 填写设备维护维修过程中的工作记录，并上传至设备管理系统，包括预防性维护记录、备件领用记录、校验记录、备件领用记录、紧急维修记录等。

3. 降低设备故障率，提高设备维修效率，降低维护维修成本，积极改进各类审核过程的整改项。

4.  积极支持公司环境相关及安全相关的现场工作。

5.  对设备发生的故障或异常快速反应，在最短的时间内恢复设备功能。

6.  负责现场5S管理工作的实施，包括所有的设备设施及空压站、维修中心、备件仓库等区域。

7. 保持强烈的安全生产意识，严格遵守安全操作规范，佩戴必要的劳动保护用品，避免发生安全生产事故

8. 完成部门经理安排的其他工作

9. 保持高效沟通，积极驱动部门绩效的达成，并持续改进

岗位要求：

1. 熟悉工厂厂务设备的工作原理、设备构造、技术参数等，具备厂务设备的维护维修的能力，包括且不限于配电系统、照明、压缩空气系统、空调系统、加除湿系统、工艺排风系统、管路系统等。 

2.  持有电工作业许可证。

3.  能按照设备维护维修计划和设备管理系统的要求开展工作。

4. 能严格按照作业指导书的要求开展相关工作。

5. 有问题时可以及时沟通。

6. 可以提出改善和持续改进建议。

7. 熟悉电脑操作和基本的办公软件操作，具备基本的英语口语和英语书写能力优佳。

8. 团队合作意识强，能积极开展团队协作达成目标。

9.  较强的主观能动性及工作责任心，能够独立完成工作任务。
