About the role

What you need to know:

• As Partnership Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to support account manager as assistant in sales operations.
• You will have the exciting opportunity to establish relationship with various strategic accounts and partners, and help grow AIG Accident & Health insurance in China.
• Ensure that AIG products, services and delivery processes are fully understood by the client.
• Liaise with relevant internal parties in service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• You will be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• You will be energetic, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and able to problem solve effectively. In addition, the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management, and to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization, will also be key to your success.
• The ideal candidates will be bold thinkers with an entrepreneurial bent, and will possess a powerful blend of IQ (technical skills, consistent learning, statistical & financial acumen) and EQ (adaptive communication, empathy, listening skills, challenging with humility).
• Bachelor degree or above in business, finance, or economy discipline etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
