The Regional HRBP  will be based in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Lead regional HR projects with internal and external clients; eg. Leadership development program, Communication and engagement program etc.
• Be responsible for regular regional HR metric.
• Explores the external market and internal best practices and implements appropriate best practices & innovations in the organization;
• Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
• Administration coordination support.
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 10 years of professional HR experience;
• Manufacturing exposure is highly desirable.
• Master in project management;
• Bachelor′s degree is mandatory;
• Good communication in English, both written and oral;
• Proficient in Microsoft office software, eg. excel, PPT etc
