Responsibilities：

• Provide transmission products (OLS)  customer support, product application guidance, test support and field trouble shooting.
• Provide support for customer quality related issues
• Support customer qualifications of II-VI product, drive customer test, issue and failure analysis through the internal organization. Provide quick response to customer question.
• Write technical documents relevant to product application and test guidance for sales and customer distribution.
• Prepare and deliver product application, presentations to customers as appropriate
• Analyze customer specifications and establish gap analysis, close gap through the internal organization.
• Provide customer system design feedback to both marketing and engineering team.
• Work as a team member with other FAEs worldwide.
• Territory is primarily data center customer in China.
• Intra-China and international travel is a requirement for the job

• CET-6; prefer fluent English speaking.
• BS degree and above, major in engineering, physics, communication, electrical or computing.
• Min 5 years optical transmission system, telecom product application or fiber-optics communication working experience in R&D, test, NPI or PE position.
• Strong technical and verbal communication skills
