岗位职责：

• 负责在以用户增长为导向的产品服务中，推进用户全生命周期数据分析工作，规划搭建数据指标体系和分析体系
• 充分利用机器学习对多维数据（数字平台使用数据、购买续订数据等）关联分析，基于数据解读指标变动的原因，定期将数据分析报告提供给用户运营部门
• 深入理解业务，围绕数据分析搭建完善数据服务，驱动业务发展

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学、通信等理工类相关专业
• 熟悉数据库、数据仓库，有海量数据处理经验，熟练使用mysql和hsql
• 有扎实的编程能力和坚实的工程能力，精通至少一门编程语言，熟练运用各种常用算法和数据结构，有独立的实现能力
• 对数据敏感，善于从数据中发现疑点，具有早教行业相关工作经验优先
• 至少某一方面：数据挖掘、数据分析、分布式计算，有较深的理论研究和实践经验优先
• 有用户运营相关经验优先
• 有至少两年相关工作经验
• 接受全职或freelancer工作形式
