Technical Supervisor (TS) is responsible for managing engineering team and assigning work; TS is in charge of the quotation of projects and evaluating the CAD/Pro-Eng/SolidWork drawings and reviewing the relative documents; He/She is in charge of electro-mechanic planning processes, sample making and improving manufacturing, installation and engineering processes of control panels, switchboard cabinets and customized enclosures. TS provides technical support to production, sales and customers, if and when needed. TS delivers quality cabinets in time, at minimal cost.

Responsibility / 工作职责

1. Lead and develop engineering team and assign the relative work to team members;

负责钣金工程团队管理及发展，团队成员工程分配安排；

2. Provide the quotation of new RFQs which include BOM and efficient material usage and installation and manufacturing processes and workload;

进行新产品的报价，包括提供材料清单，有效材料用量，制作工艺，制作工时；

3. Create the installation and production drawings which include switchboard cabinet and enclosure configurations and electro-mechanic module installations

4. Evaluate the customer drawings and provide the relative DFM;

评审客户的图纸资料及提供相关的DFM；

5. Support internal team that includes technical support to supplier and sourcing;

给予内部支持，包括在新项目上给予采购的技术支持；

6. Modify the internal CAD drawings and BOM during sample stage;

修正内部图纸及物料清单及生产期间的制作工艺改善 (CAD)

7. Develop installation and manufacturing processes and methods;

改进生产工艺及方法；

8. Support engineering team in designing projects (Switchboards, Control Panel, Enclosures);

有设计能力，能给工程技术团队提供充分支持；

9. Support engineering skills development, for example designing skills etc.

帮助工程团队提升技能，比如设计技能等；

10. Finish relevant work needed;

11. Keep confidential of Intellectual Property of own department

负责本部门知识产权的保密条款执行

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, electro-mechanical design or other related majors;

机械设计或相关专业大学本科或以上学历；

2. Should have at least 2-3 years experience in electro-mechanic engineering and having team management experience will be a plus;

具有团队管理经验优先考虑；

3. Be able to setup the target of team members and support them to achieve it;

能制定团队个人目标并协助团队成员达成目标；

4. Familiar with ISO9001 and ERP system

熟悉体系运作，了解ISO9001管理体系并能熟练运用ERP 管理系统

5. Have good communication skills with internal and external colleagues and teams, maintain the team spirit between engineers and the relationship with customers;

具有良好的内部跟外部沟通能力，维护团队成员之间的合作精神，能协调跟客户之间的关系

6. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin;

良好的中文及英文沟通能力；

7. Good knowledge of design and structures of electro-mechanic cabinets and sheet-metal products and technical requirements;

了解各种机箱机柜外壳结构及其设计；熟悉钣金产品及技术要求；

8. Able to provide the quotation for new RFQs and suggestion of design before making sample;

能就客户的新品提供产品报价，及样品制作方面给予客户合理化建议；

9. Able to resolve the technical difficulities on site.

能处理生产过程中出现的各种难题；

10. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and BOM and assembly routing and layout and processes improvement.

精通钣金生产工艺的制作流程，BOM编排，大型机电设备装配的工艺流程，产线布局，工艺改进；

11. Good understanding of capabilities and features of sheet metal cabinets

熟悉生产制造的各个环节及生产管理，对钣金生产设备要完全了解；

12. Familiar with AUTOCAD and Solid works and pro/e and MS office;

能熟练使用AUTO CAD，PRO/E和Solid works绘图软件以及office 办公软件；

13. Able to provide design suggestions to customers will be a plus;

能与客户充分沟通并提供设计建议；

14. Full of energy, enthusiastic and proactive;

积极主动，有活动；

Monthly Salary plus company bonus.
