Key Responsibilities

? Understand the project scope completely and engage with local client project team and 3pl team to get the whole understanding of project plan

? Working most of the days from WH, engage with country logistics leaders and start preparing for transition

? Identify the Obso inventory, pallet location that can be freed up

? Work towards handover from current incumbent to a new one and transition (Documentation/SOPs)

? Take over the status reporting of week over week progress of identifying and scrapping the non-moving inventory from the WH and drive the process across the user groups; send summary every week to all the key leadership stakeholders from local operations team, CFO, regional GM and global CoE leadership.

? Help setup up smooth billing process for the WH users so as the 3pl invoice hits the right cost center and ensure nothing gets billed in excess from 3pl side apart from what we are committed

? Work closely with Asia (China, Korea, ASEAN) client project lead to keep a track of site readiness with 3pl

? Work closely with client Project Manager to understand priorities and help execute things as per plan

? Run weekly update call for the all the above actions with client global and regional teams to give an update of all the activities

Qualification

? Any university graduates

? Min. 5-10 years of work experience in supply chain (experience in logistics & SCM is preferable)

? Should have excellent English skills (oral, reading, writing)

? Should have excellent CXO communication & presentation skills (verbal / email).

? Should have been part of fast paced projects with multiple stakeholders in previous roles

? Should be willing to travel to WH locations whenever required.

? Should work in flexible hours across geography.
