工作职责 Job responsibilities：

• 规划，协调和监督生产的日常执行。 监督生产团队成员并与不同部门和供应商联络，以满足交付期限
  Planning, coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day execution of production. Supervise production team members and liaise with different departments and suppliers to meet the delivery deadline.

• 定期向高级管理层汇报项目进展或日常生产情况。能向高级管理层清晰的传达碰到任何问题或障碍。
  Communicate clearly and regularly on project progress. Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.

• 报告生产问题跟进每一个发布的问题，直到解决。
  Report production issues follow up each issue posted until it has been resolved.

• 协助质量保证和交付

Assist production quality assurance and delivery

• 协助法国开发部门的测试和培训生产部门
  Assist R&D testing and training the production team.
• 不断协助提高生产力和流程，贯彻质量标准，及很好地记录最新的程序。
  Continuously improve productivity and processes, well document the latest procedures and QC standards.
• 协助培训，培养团队。为所有成员提供动力，支持和指导
  Training, and develop the team. Provide motivation, support and guidance to all members.

工作要求 Job requirements:

• 良好的英语读写能力
  Fluent English - both verbal and writing
  

• 对照片修饰（Photoshop）一定的了解和对编程有兴趣。
  Having some knowledge in photo retouching (Photoshop) and interest in programming.
  

• 能够快速学习新的流程和程序。需对持续学习新的工作流程和系统持开放态度。
  Ability to learn new processes and programs quickly. Must be open to learning new workflows and systems on an on-going basis.

• 较好的组织能力，沟通技巧，执行和操作能力。擅长同时管理多个项目，适应不断变化的优先级并满足紧迫的期限。
  Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, executive & operational ability. Good at managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• 了解这几点的重要性（截止日期，时间管理，透明度，工作流程和跨渠道沟通）。
  Understand the importance of deadlines, time management, transparency, workflow and cross-lane communication.
