Job Requirements
? Participate in company compliance monitoring program to identify warning signals and/or gaps, and provide meaningful feedbacks to franchise/department leadership so that appropriate corrective actions are taken accordingly.
? Provide guidance and proactive partnering with business stakeholders on compliance risk assessment and risk management as well as coordination in line with company policies and China Laws and Regulation
? Tailor compliance training materials to fit into the needs and business context of covered franchise and/or department, and delivered frequent trainings to covered employees at various levels.
? Analyze compliance indicators of business activities under supervision to support higher level of communication and management action plan implementation.
? Ensure emerging risks, such as data privacy, social media use, information security, DTC, etc. are well addressed and managed in the patient centric programs.
? Other responsibilities regarding Key Compliance Framework Components.

Job Qualifications：
? M.S./M.A. degree, referable in fiance or law relevant subject
? The Compliance Manager is required to have minimum 5 years working experiences, preferably with MNC and have a good understanding of FCPA requirements.
? 5 years or above solid compliance function in pharmaceutical industry. Should have 2 years or above experiences as business partner;
? Some of compliance experience in pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry involves the implementation of compliance programs, and an understanding of PRC pharmaceutical and other regulations, sales, marketing and medical practices;
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and well-organized;
? Self-starter, independent and capable to handle multi-tasks under pressure
? Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working language.
