Main Responsibilities:

1. Work towards sales and revenue goals as established with corporate team.
2. Research European/ North American solar market and conduct effective sales presentations
3. Support and host related events to promote the Company's capabilities and generate leads.
4. Work closely with sales and estimating team to ensure leads and accounts have received proper follow up.
5. Engage, build and support relationships with clients.
6. Educate customers in regards of technological and financial aspect of solar power plants

Job Qualifications:

1. Proven sales track record as a business development manager or relevant role
2. Has exceptional problem solving, organization and communication skills
3. Facilitate, follow up, connect clients with necessary departments for quick results. Enjoy being in constant communication with managers and clients to drive results.
4. More than 3-5 years in Solar business
5. Minimum degree is Graduate or above
6. Fluent in English
7. Based in Shanghai and travel frequently
