Scope of Work: Production Manager responsible to liaise between Engineering and Purchasing to optimize Supply Chain, focusing on External Cost, Manufacturing and Assembly works./负责工程设计部门和采购之间的联络，以优化供应链，关注外部成本、制造和装配工作。

Main Purpose of the Job:

1. Lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. Full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.在预算和产出目标范围内领导生产部门，以满足客户要求和标准。全面负责确保安全、客户质量、成本和交付要求得到满足。
2. Implement and manage continuous improvement and manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in the process, working practices and processes.通过强调过程、工作实践和过程中的缺陷和建议变更，实施和管理持续改进和制造原则。
3. To be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets and compliance with KPI’s根据预算和关键绩效指标，负责合同履行

   

Job Description:

1. Relevant experience in processing and manufacturing,be able to put forward improvement opinions according to the drawings of engineering department and be able to evaluate processing costs;需要有加工制造的相关经验，熟悉加工工艺，能够针对工程设计部门的图纸提出改善意见并能够评估加工成本；
2. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance帮助创建和实施***实践制造愿景、战略、政策、流程和程序，以帮助和提高运营绩效
3. Monitor the value engineering, design, sub-contractor performance & supplier selection to ensure the requirements of the Contract and Budget are accomplished.监控工程价值、设计、分包商绩效和供应商选择，以确保完成合同和预算的要求。
4. Ensure that the works are subcontracted and installed in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications and other requirements of the contract to the full satisfaction of the Client/Main Contractor.确保根据批准的图纸、规范和合同的其他要求分包和安装工程，确保完全满足客户/总承包商的要求。
5. Coordinate the purchase and delivery of required material/equipment to the Projects with the Procurement team for smooth flow of material/equipment as per Project sequence of works.与采购团队协调所需材料/设备的采购和交付，以确保材料/设备按照项目工程程序顺利流动。
6. Ensure installation inspection & approvals are done on time along with all other Project documentation accurate recording.与采购团队协调所需材料/设备的采购和交付，以确保材料/设备按照项目工程顺序顺利流动。
7. Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities and any variances from the Manufacturing / Assembly schedule定期向管理层汇报，包括预算状态、差异/变更索赔、时间表、争议、后续活动以及与制造/装配时间表的任何差异
8. Attend meetings with engineering and other parties concerned when required in order to review schedule status and progress of works. 必要时，参加与工程设计部和其他相关方的会议，以审查工程进度。
9. Assembly skills coordination of mechanical structures, robotic applications and heavy equipment.机械结构、机器人应用和重型设备的装配技能协调。 
   

   

Skills Requirements：

1. Degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering discipline.机械或工业工程专业学位。
2. Relevant site management experience in heavy industry or assembly is required重工或者装配行业相关现场管理经验
3. Minimum 5 Year experience as Production Manager至少5年生产经理经验
4. Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) 英语流利(书面和口语)
5. Be innovative and creative, resolve issues effectively and clearly communicate decisions and develop and maintain good team atmosphere.具有创新性和创造性，有效地解决问题，清晰地传达决策，发展和保持良好的团队氛围。
6. Formulate scientific and standardized operation procedures on project site (installation, commissioning, etc.)能够制定科学、规范的项目现场工作流程（安装，调试等）
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office熟练使用Office办公软件
8. Preferable proven experience in normative ISO90001 & 9100 有ISO90001 & 9100标准经验者优先
