YOUR WINE REP

Your wine Rep is a winery alliance from the old and new world (7 countries), our job is to develop Asia market for our partners and lead their expansion through commercial development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented sales administrator to join the team in Shanghai. The role will be able to take the following tasks: sales management, coordination with wineries and importers, follow up with export documents, input information in our CRM, follow up with requests from importers. The candidate will learn about the wines, process, values & goals of our partners, in order to represent them well and to reach full market potential in China.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be well organized and keep our CRM up to date
• Coordinate with wineries for samples and logistic matters
• Be a good communicator so information flows easily between clients and producers
• Oversee and follow up on all the pitching process: sending offers, arranging samples
• Improve and adapt existing process to our growing structure and help with overall organization
• Occasional business trip during wine fairs (a few times a year)

REQUIREMENTS

• Very well organized and diligent and pay attention to details
• Fluency in Mandarin, good English skills are required (other language is a plus)
• 2-5 years of related experience (wine industry preferred, but not compulsory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other
