Customer Service客户服务
To ensure the entire team understands the need to deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service

确保贯彻执行连卡佛服务标准。To demonstrate a desire to understand and communicate the latest trends and fashion to customers and staff
乐意了解最新的趋势和时尚,并与顾客和员工进行交流To take every opportunity to exceed the customers’ expectations by being proactive and handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously
积极主动、高效亲切地处理和解决顾客投诉,抓住一切契机让顾客得到超越预期的结果。To monitor the after sales service activities such as dispatch and delivery
监督售后服务活动,如发货、送货等。To monitor staff scheduling to ensure there are sufficient staff available in the retail selling area at all times to provide expected standards of service and to build the business on all day parts
监督员工排班,确保零售区域始终都配备足够的员工,始终为顾客提供预期的高标准服务并开展业务。To build and actively communicate with the VIP customers of the store
与店铺VIP顾客建立良好关系并积极交流沟通To solicit feedback from customers and share this feedback with appropriate people
征求顾客反馈并与有关人员共享反馈。To execute a plan, based on Mystery Shopper Feedback, to improve the customer satisfaction for the store and increase their loyalty to Lane Crawford
根据神秘顾客反馈执行行动计划,提高顾客对店铺的满意度和对连卡佛品牌的忠诚度。Sales & Profit销售及盈利
To achieve agreed sales targets for store taking corrective action to improve unsatisfactory performance
实现议定的店铺销售目标,采取纠正措施提高销售业绩。To be proactive in identifying selling and cost control opportunities that will help achieve, and exceed, the sales targets
主动发现销售机会和成本控制机会,帮助实现并超越销售目标。To monitor and control the payroll and all related expenses
监控薪酬以及所有相关费用。To establish a balanced range of merchandise suited to the customer profile of store. Make recommendations for changes and improvements to maximize sales potential within the store
对商品种类进行平衡配置,以匹配店铺各类客户;提出变更与改进建议,***程度地挖掘店铺销售潜能。
To be proactive in understanding the competition, communicate activities and take action to minimize loss of Lane Crawford market share

To run the daily all store communication briefing using it as an opportunity to build and reinforce team spirit through reward and recognition, and appropriate motivational activities
实施店铺每日通报会制度,采取奖励和表彰的手段以及适当的激励活动,使通报会成为树立和加强团队精神的机会。To communicate sales targets, and achievement against targets, to the sales teams on a daily basis
每天向销售团队成员传达销售目标以及目标完成情况。To ensure that all in store communication is up to date, to standard and relevant

To work with Brand Creative and Merchandise Planning teams to maintain world class presentations in store and in window that communicate key trends and promotional activities
与品牌创意与营销策划团队合作,打造世界***的店铺与橱窗展列,传递重要的流行趋势,宣传促销活动。To ensure regular communication with Architecture and Planning team on all matters relating to building maintenance
确保定期与工程项目部交流所有建筑物维护相关事宜。To fully understand and be able to communicate our Omni-channel offerings to staff, ensure all staff understand the need for a seamless customer experience, on and off line
