Job Description

• Project Management : support the Project Manager regarding the planning of different work packages and milestones in order to have a SOP in time.
• Engineering: support the Engineering team from Requirements Analysis via Implementation within the HW/ System to the Validation (V-model)
• Production concept: support the team to ensure that the designed product can be produced with the needed Quality
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): support the team for the performance of different Quality Gates and the release of samples
• Launch Management: support to ensure that the Bosch Launch as well as Customer Launch at the production line is prepared well
• Preventive Quality Assurance: support the team to prevent failure already during the development phase by participating e.g. FMEAs (Failure method effect Analysis)
• Problem Solving: support the team as 8D coach to identify the right root cause and define effective measures in a structured way
• Risk Management: support the team to identify/ calculate and record the risk of an already known problem in a right and understandable way for the management
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) : support the team to get the final release from Customer via PPAP
• Lessons Learned: Get in contact with other divisions and plants worldwide in order to learn from their experience or failures
• Quality related Process Improvement: Support the organization to improve continuously in order to save costs, time and/or achieve a better quality

Qualifications

• Technical background like Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in automotive supplier industry, preferred foreign company
• Familiar with Q- methods like 8D, Risk Assessment, PPAP, APQP , Quality Gates
• Highly motivated to learn new products and processes continuously
• Open minded, good communication skills
• Fluent English skills
• Quality mindset
• Team player as well as able to work independently

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
