Job Description

Help shape the future:

You are the contact window to our suppliers (EMS) and Bosch factories for production related matters and sample builds. You are responsible for Connected Devices and Human Machine Interfaces for Bosch eBikes

Reliable implementation:

You coordinate and drive product changes, manufacturing process improvements and quality topics in production

Think holistically:

You work in an international environment with stakeholders in Europe and Asia

Conscientiously agree:

You drive production for Quality, Cost and Delivery

Structured observation:

You manage industrialization activities at our suppliers with our team from Mechanics, Hardware, Test Automation and Supplier Quality

Take responsibility:

You lead builds from first mock ups to series ramp up and ensure a smooth transition to mass production

Helping to shape the future:？

You define the urban and sportive mobility of the next decade

Qualifications

Personality:

reliable, team player and assertive

Experience and know-how:

Min. 8 years project management experience

Good understanding of supplier management and consumer electronics assembly

Knowledge/Experience in consumer electronics outdoor products or display/ECU/IoT products will be preferred

Enthusiasm:

High initiatives, good interpersonal skills and systematic problem solving abilities

Leadership and results oriented thinking with solution oriented mindset

Strong coordination, cooperation and communication

Resilience, ability to deal with conflicts and stressful situations

Good presentation skills？

Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools

Languages:

Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin; German is of advantage

Education:

Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master degree) in Materials / Mechanical / Electrical or Process Engineering

博世汽车部件（苏州）有限公司成立于1999年，是博世集团在中国***的全资子公司之一。总占地面积28万平方米，总投资3亿美元。目前公司拥有独立的技术研发中心和完善的生产物流基地。公司主要由五个事业部组成，负责生产、销售汽车电子、底盘控制、底盘制动、多媒体系统零部件和用于零部件组装的机器设备。

汽车电子事业部的电子产品向客户提供了更好的乘员安全保证、驾驶辅助功能，提升驾乘舒适性。底盘控制系统为中国市场提供创新的主动安全系统，包括ABS防抱死制动系统，TCS牵引力控制系统和ESP电子稳定程序。底盘制动系统为中国市场提供先进的制动产品，包括前后单双缸盘式制动器， 真空助力器和制动主缸。汽车多媒体事业部的产品覆盖车载导航系统，娱乐系统以及仪表盘产品。ATMO事业部作为博世内部供应商，提供生产装配系统及专用设备，设计和组装完整的机器及生产线。

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
